Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance service requests across the community, including make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventive maintenance. Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• High School Diploma preferred; trade school certification highly desired.
• EPA Type I, II or Universal certification preferred.
• Ability to perform make-readies and repairs across electrical, plumbing, and finishing tasks.
• Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license for community sites.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make-readies.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and inspections.
• Document work in Onesite and maintain accurate records.
