Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Promote goodwill by courteous interactions with residents and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take corrective action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds, landscaping, and general cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Assist in refurbishing Community Owned homes and maintain water/sewer lines.
