Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of patient care experience (acute/long-term or other care settings).
• Non-Graduate education is required.
• BLS certification and CNA certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate care and monitors vital signs.
• Documents intake/output and reports changes in patient condition.
• Assists with treatments, procedures, and specimen collection.
• Supports phlebotomy, EKGs, and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Communicates effectively with the team and patients.
• Maintains patient safety and follows emergency procedures.
