Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate patient care and assists with hygiene, mobility and monitoring.
• Takes and documents vital signs and collects measurements per unit procedure.
• Supports procedures, changes dressings within established timeframes and assists with exams.
• Manages equipment and assists with medical treatments as directed by RN or physician.
• Performs or assists with Point of Care testing as applicable.
• Communicates effectively with the team and patients, ensuring safety and accurate documentation.
