Job summary

Amazon seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to drive safety excellence across our sites. You will lead our WHS program implementation, balance hands-on safety with strategic oversight, and partner with Operations leadership to protect associates while sustaining productivity.

This role requires travel and the ability to influence culture, analyze incident trends, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of people and performance management experience, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate site audits and manage first aid and emergency response readiness.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily activities.
