Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across operations, lead the Global WHS Program, and connect safety goals with daily processes. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and drive preventive measures while engaging site leadership to foster a strong safety culture.
The role requires collaboration with Operations, audits, and first aid/emergency readiness, with a focus on protecting associates and sustaining
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
- Audit sites, manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
