Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Arizona is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead our Global WHS Program, blending hands-on safety with strategic initiatives that protect associates while enabling productivity.

You will assess risks, analyze safety data, conduct site audits, and partner with Operations to embed safety into daily operations. This role requires 50–70% travel and variable shifts to support multiple sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Preferred: Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience with 250+ employees.
• Preferred: Certified Safety Professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and safety culture initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions.
• Manage safety audits, incident trends, and emergency response capabilities.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
