Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across manufacturing and service operations. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation, balance hands-on safety with strategic thinking, and collaborate with Operations leadership to drive safety excellence and productivity.

You’ll analyze safety data, conduct site audits, and influence safety culture while traveling 50-70% and supporting multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership across the site.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze incident trends for improvements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and drive a safe culture.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities to ensure timely care.
