Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years property maintenance or related experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification preferred for refrigerant recycling.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Maintain grounds, clean and paint as needed.
• Diagnose issues and propose compliant solutions.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper documentation.
• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing equipment.
• Use work-order systems and basic math for tasks.
