Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or completion of a technical trade program.
• Must own basic maintenance tools and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties to high standards and perform make-ready within required timeframes.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and service requests.
• Inspect units during move-in/move-out and document deductions.
• Complete work orders and reports accurately and on time.
• Follow safety procedures and attend training sessions.
