Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will also handle preventative maintenance and keep grounds and common areas in top condition.

The role requires troubleshooting plumbing/electrical issues, appliance and HVAC work where applicable, plus a High School diploma or equivalent and knowledge of housing laws.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and perform interior repairs and painting.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests.
• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and more.
• Preparing market-ready apartments and maintaining community grounds.
• Conducting regular community inspections to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
