Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support two Equity Residential communities, delivering on our commitment to exceptional move-in experiences and resident satisfaction. You will respond to service requests, perform make-ready work, and maintain common areas with a focus on safety and professionalism.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC (if applicable), and interior repairs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Must communicate in English for work-related purposes.
• Must be able to work weekends and on-call after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and complete make-ready work.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them clean and safe.
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Complete scheduled maintenance programs and report issues to supervisor.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
