Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across two or more Equity Residential communities and ensure exceptional move-in experiences and resident satisfaction.

You will respond to service requests, perform make-ready work, and maintain common areas while upholding our professional standards and safety policies. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, reliability, and strong communication with residents and the service team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances; HVAC if applicable; interior repairs and painting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Able to work weekends and respond to emergencies after hours.
• Smartphone required for job tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Performs various maintenance functions.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, keeping them clean.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Participates in scheduled maintenance program.
• Adheres to applicable housing laws and internal policies.
• Attends training programs.
• Projects a professional company image.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
