Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multie-Site Maintenance Technician. You will address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments across properties. Preventative maintenance and groundskeeping are also part of the role.

Shifts Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm; Sunday and Monday off. You may operate a motorized vehicle as needed. A High School diploma and EPA 608 certification are required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC as applicable.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
