Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support two or more Equity Residential apartment communities. You will respond to resident service requests, complete makes-ready tasks, and maintain common areas, ensuring exceptional move-in experiences and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include on-call emergency service, scheduled maintenance, and reporting issues to the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and perform interior repairs and painting.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all market-ready apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Perform various maintenance functions.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keep area clean.
• Respond to on-call emergency service as required.
• Perform special maintenance projects as assigned.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Follow maintenance schedules and programs.
• Know applicable housing laws and internal policies.
• Attend training programs as required.
• Represent the Company professionally at all times.
