Job summary

Vivmark Residential in the United States is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across two Equity Residential communities and deliver on resident commitments with exceptional move-in, total satisfaction, express service and personal attention.

You will prepare market-ready apartments, respond to service requests, perform various maintenance tasks, and maintain grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Able to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all market-ready apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform various maintenance functions.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; keep clean.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Complete special maintenance projects as assigned.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Perform scheduled maintenance.
• Know applicable housing laws and internal policies.
• Attend required training; represent the company professionally.
