Job summary

Vicinia Property Management is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee apartment communities while maximizing NOI, maintaining assets, and ensuring a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role includes supervising on-site teams, coordinating leasing, marketing, and budgeting activities, and implementing training across sites to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable form of transportation with active auto insurance required.
• A minimum of one-year residential property management experience including supervisory responsibilities is required. 2 or more years is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills necessary.
• Prefer sales/multi-family leasing experience and/or hospitality industry and/or product sales.
• Marketing and budgeting experience preferred.
• Computer literacy, including experience with computerized property management and / or accounting software desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides information about the apartments and the communities to the prospective resident and schedules visits to the community.
• Responsible for leasing apartments at established rental rates.
• Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork.
• Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves.
• Monitors the effectiveness of overall marketing efforts and provides input on promotions and advertisements.
• Strives to meet resident satisfaction benchmarks.
• Maintains knowledge of rent, market comps, vacancies, and lease expirations.
• Inspsects marketing path and vacant apartments to ensure readiness.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, and supervises all on-site employees under VP Operations.
• Conducts staff meetings and participates in management meetings.
• Develops an integral team that sells the quality and professionalism of the properties.
• Coaches staff on on-site tools and processes.
• Completes competitive surveys and analyzes market conditions.
• Oversees leasing training programs and handles notices for delinquencies.
• Reviews lease renewals and initiates rent/fee changes per budget and market conditions.
