Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in New York, NY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining a high-complexity multi-unit property. You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage repairs to HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems.

Must communicate clearly in English, have 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property experience, and EPA/HVAC certification; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a High school diploma or GED.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads a team of maintenance staff across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinates and performs preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors; solicits bids and oversees work.
• Hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff; manages performance and payroll considerations.
