Job summary

Federal Heath seeks an experienced Project Manager in Racine, WI to lead multi-site projects within the Petroleum Services department. You will create orders, review site surveys, populate proposals, coordinate with expeditors and installers to obtain permits, and manage purchase orders and material deliveries to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create orders and process design and estimating requests in our systems.
• Review and interpret site surveys and code checks.
• Populate estimate worksheet and customer proposals.
• Coordinate material deliveries and track shipments.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors and installers to obtain permits.
• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review and approve job completion photos and invoices.
• Maintain job costs and process customer invoicing.
• Communicate updates and change orders to customers and teams.
• Maintain internal systems and customer spreadsheets.
