Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-site retail/restaurant construction programs as an owner’s representative. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout, and travel extensively to project sites in the Great Plains.

The role is remote-based for qualified candidates in Denver, CO area with 50–80% travel; strong communication and leadership are essential to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• 7-10+ years of QSR/KITCHEN retail construction project management experience.
• Ground Up construction experience preferred/critical.
• Strong understanding of multi-site program management.

Responsibilities

• On-Site project management of construction activities.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively communicates project issues to Senior Project Manager or Operations Director.
• Oversees drawings, schedules, and scopes for completeness and accuracy; assesses bid results and permits.
