Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience managing facility maintenance at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7M square feet.
• Fully conversant in English with strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meeting cost, performance, and schedule requirements across contract execution.
• Manage service requests and emergencies; communicate status to customer.
• Inspect preventive maintenance procedures; identify gaps and train personnel.
• Ensure education/training manuals are updated monthly.
• Oversee operations, staffing and performance to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Measure productivity, safety and quality; set standards and develop improvement programs.
