Job summary

Regions Facility Services, INC. [RFS®] is seeking a high-performance Project Manager to lead multisite facility projects across a regional territory.

The role demands strong planning, scheduling, and financial oversight, plus the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the trusted advisor for Clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet RFS® quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multisite construction or facilities projects.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, travel-heavy, tech-enabled role.
• Proven ability to balance technical execution with interpersonal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Site visits, estimates, and quotes within the regional territory.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator on material take-offs, logistics, and scheduling.
• Provide daily client updates on project progress with photos.
• Manage multiple active projects across the territory.
• Communicate design changes and cost impacts with clients.
• Conduct monthly RFS quality evaluations on-site.
• Support issue resolution and field decision-making.
