Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of direct patient care and/or phlebotomy experience.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Assist providers with patient care, take vital signs, and support daily operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure efficient clinic flow across two locations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize spaces, and respond to patient questions and crises.
