Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring a Multi-Unit Manager of Patient Dining Services to oversee patient dining for a 7-hospital system in Louisville, KY. This role leads patient services teams and ensures regulatory compliance, service excellence, and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Five+ years of work experience with at least two years in healthcare, including one year in a managerial role.
• Certified Dietary Manager required if not having a Nutrition/Dietetics degree; Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Knowledge of food trends, QA, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct the 7-location patient food service operations and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Hire, lead, coach, and develop patient services managers and supervisors.
• Oversee evaluation and discipline of patient food service staff per policy.
• Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and documentation accuracy.
• Visit patients on units to ensure engagement by management or clinical teams.
• Drive patient satisfaction goals through staff leadership and effective communication.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve service quality.
