Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is seeking a System Director of Dining Services to lead foodservice operations across multiple acute care hospitals. The role emphasizes quality, sanitation, and patient-focused service, with accountability for patient and non-patient services.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in hospital foodservice, strong financial and operational skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments and sites.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field, or A.A. with seven years related experience.
• Minimum of seven years hospital or adult home care experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-unit acute care hospital foodservice operations desirable.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client and customer satisfaction with cost-effective management across all sites.
• Oversee all foodservice activities including patient care, retail, and catering.
• Manage systems and processes to meet client objectives across the system.
• Visit patients and ensure leadership presence on assigned units.
• Lead a team of Directors within the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
