Morrison Living, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a System Director of Dining Services to lead foodservice across multiple acute care hospital sites in a given geography. The role drives patient and non-patient services, quality programs, sanitation, and infection control while managing budgets and a team of Directors.

Preferred candidates hold relevant degrees/certifications and have extensive multi-site hospital foodservice management experience, including P&L accountability.

Qualificações

• B.S. degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred
• 7+ years hospital or adult care experience preferred
• Experience in multi-unit acute care hospital foodservice management desirable
• 9+ years direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory knowledge
• Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable
• Strong supervisory and leadership communication skills
• Ability to communicate with management, clients, staff
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet use
• ServSafe Certified; CDM or RD preferred

Responsabilidades

• Ensures client and customer satisfaction with efficient cost‑effective management across sites
• Manages all foodservice activities including patient and non-patient services, quality improvement, sanitation and infection control
• Oversees systems to meet strategic and operational client objectives
• Visits patients to ensure involvement of management during hospital stays
• Leads Directors within the system and manages the system budget
• Performs other duties as assigned
