St. John's Community Health is seeking a Receptionist Floater (Medical/Dental/Mental Health) to greet patients, register them, schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple clinic locations, and help patients navigate required forms and services.

This role requires travel to different clinics as requested by the Director of Operation or Clinic Manager; bilingual ability; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and familiarity with EHR and PMS to support patient flow and billing.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• EHR and PMS experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule variations; travel between clinics as directed by leadership.
• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Maintain an organized reception area and filing system.
• Input patient information into computer systems.
• Collect co-pays and fees; assist with registration and scheduling.
• Support billing for Medical/Dental/Mental health services.
