Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multie-Site Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform diverse maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. This role includes preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, and reporting concerns to ensure high-quality living environments across communities.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliances, possess a high school diploma, and have knowledge of housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 Type I, Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• Residential or commercial property management experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting in plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle and drive as needed.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests.
• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work.
• Preparing market-ready apartments and maintaining community grounds.
• Conducting regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Responding to emergencies after hours when assigned on-call.
