Penn Station Sandwiches is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support 13 restaurant locations across Middle Tennessee and Bowling Green, KY. The role is hands-on, requires diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment issues, and responding swiftly to emergencies.

The ideal candidate works independently, manages priorities across locations, holds a valid driver's license, and is available days, nights, weekends, and overnight hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and diagnostic ability.
• Experience with restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
• Willingness to learn new skills and use manuals and guides.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple restaurant locations.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grills, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration.
• Travel between locations as needed and keep work areas safe.
• Coordinate with management on repairs and parts.
