Job summary

Penn Station Sandwiches is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support 13 restaurant locations across Middle Tennessee and Bowling Green, KY. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep facilities safe and operational.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, capable of coordinating across multiple sites, and ready to work days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Experience with restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow manuals/videos for repairs.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple restaurant locations.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
• Service grills, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration equipment.
• Carry out basic electrical and mechanical system work.
• Complete general building repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to equipment and facility emergencies.
• Travel between locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
