Job summary

Community LIFE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the United States. The role covers preventive and episodic maintenance, service and repair across mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry and plumbing tasks on multiple sites.

The MT will install or relocate furniture and equipment as needed, and may perform home repairs for participants as authorized. A trade school education and at least one year of maintenance experience are required, along with a valid PA Driver's

Qualifications

• Trade school or other relevant training in applicable field.
• One year experience in the maintenance field (preferably in healthcare facility maintenance).
• Valid PA Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and episodic maintenance, service and repair across multiple trades.
• Occasional installations or relocation of furniture, equipment and decorative items.
• Perform home repairs for participants as authorized by Community LIFE Interdisciplinary Teams.
