Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. The role supports the maintenance supervisor and property manager in performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and grounds work across sites.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, strong customer service, and the ability to read and understand English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance as directed by supervision.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wall repair, cabinet/ countertop replacement, door/lock repair and tile work.
• Maintain property safety and curb appeal, respond to emergencies, and communicate issues to leadership.
