Avenue5 Residential in Portland, OR is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities. You will address electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry and HVAC tasks while upholding the highest standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

You’ll manage work orders, assist with on-call emergencies, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with property leadership to keep properties well-maintained and welcoming for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry tasks like wallboard repair, cabinets, windows and doors.
• Proactive maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler and elevator systems.
• Maintain and close work orders to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; report issues.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per rules and regulations.
• Maintain professional demeanor and curb appeal; foster resident relations.
