Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and vendor activities across our multifamily communities. The role focuses on quality move-in ready units, timely service, and strong resident relations, while maintaining curb appeal and safety standards.

The incumbent will work with the Community Manager to plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are necessary for common areas and units.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist and supervise maintenance staff and vendors to ensure safety and quality work.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, inspections, and work performed.
