Job summary

Vivmark Residential, formed from the merger of AvalonBay Communities and Equity Residential, is expanding its leasing team in Atlanta. The Leasing Consultant role focuses on promoting the community brand, managing onsite schedules, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will work with CRM tools to nurture leads, coordinate tours, and close leases. The position emphasizes collaboration with property teams, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt to changing occupancy

Responsibilities

• Promotes the communities and Equity Residential's brand.
• Coordinates onsite presence at assigned properties based on occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manages leads and customer experience using CRM at all communities.
• Completes CRM tasks within required timeframes.
• Promotes communities based on residents' needs and preferences.
• Manages tour schedules proactively.
• Inspects the community product and tour path daily.
• Uses effective selling techniques to close sales.
• Cross-sells to meet resident needs across sister communities.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of all community aspects.
• Supports the community's marketing efforts.
• Monitors community trends for future occupancy needs.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to Leasing Consultants.
• Assists residents with payment and account ledger inquiries.
