Job summary

Hayes Gibson is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to initiate and coordinate all phases of apartment leasing, supporting the Property Manager in optimizing occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, close leases, manage leasing paperwork, and maintain unit availability, while building strong resident relationships and delivering top-notch customer service. This role runs Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
• Ability to communicate with residents, team, and management.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in leasing or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight features, and close leases.
• Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, record-keeping, and unit availability.
• Build Relationships: Foster relations with residents and address concerns promptly.
