Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to balance leasing and resident services across multiple properties in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll show and lease homes, handle applications, and guide move-ins while driving occupancy and delivering excellent resident experiences. A minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales is required, with multifamily leasing preferred; MS Office and property software experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, and Celeri is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure move-in readiness of units.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in line with Trinity’s standards.
