Job summary

Hines is seeking a Multisite Leasing Professional for an on-site Baltimore property. You will partner with the team on marketing, advertising and sales activities; ensure resident satisfaction, and secure lease renewals.

Responsibilities include tours, credit checks, move-in packages, and maintaining occupancy through proactive marketing. The role emphasizes outstanding communication, sales acumen and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fully on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors.
• Process documentation such as credit screening, background checks, lease and move-in packages and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and ensure the apartment is in excellent condition prior to move-in.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and monitor current market trends.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Direct marketing, advertising and sales to achieve revenue and occupancy goals and coordinate lease renewals.
