Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our multifamily properties in a multi-site role. You will work with onsite management to attract residents, tour communities, and guide prospects through the leasing process, emphasizing amenities and lifestyle.

In this role you’ll qualify applicants, coordinate background checks, prepare apartments for move-in, and deliver outstanding service to residents to support retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related leasing or customer service experience
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight the community quality and apartment lifestyle to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and perform required office duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
