Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for multifamily properties across multiple sites. You will work with an onsite management team to welcome prospects, explain amenities, and guide rentals from inquiry to move-in.

The role emphasizes strong communication, courteous service, and organized administration to meet occupancy and rent-growth goals. You will travel between properties and support the leasing staff while maintaining professional interactions with residents.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and apartment lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for apartments and initiating background checks.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and ensure readiness.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and handle office tasks with attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.
