On-site role focusing on leasing, applications, and resident relations, with support from the Community and Area Managers. You will demonstrate model units, process leases, and help maintain a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Customer service or previous property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available apartments and market conditions.
• Process rental applications and lease packages accurately.
• Greet and assist prospective residents and demonstrate models/amenities.
• Assist in renewal/retention programs and rent collection when needed.
• Support on-site operations and coordinate with Community/Area Managers.
