Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with our multifamily portfolio across 20 properties. The role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, training, engagement, retention, and talent acquisition, with payroll oversight and multi-state processing when needed.

Based in Dallas, this on-site role requires strong judgment and credibility with property teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and investigation ownership.
• Direct HR experience within multifamily property management required.
• Demonstrated success coaching frontline and mid-level managers.
• Experience designing and facilitating employee and manager training preferred.
• Hands-on experience independently processing multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees; Rippling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, wage-and-hour, leave, harassment-prevention).
• Sound judgment, discretion, and composure in sensitive situations.
• Ability to work autonomously across a dispersed portfolio and travel approximately 20%.

Responsabilités

• Employee Relations & Manager Coaching: Serve as the primary HR partner for performance concerns, disciplinary action, workplace complaints, conflict, and policy violations.
• Training, Engagement & Retention: Design and deliver practical training for multifamily leaders and employees, onboarding programs, career development, and retention initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers on job scope, strategy, assessment, compensation, and offers.
• Payroll Oversight & Continuity: Review payroll cycles, back up multi-state payroll processing, and ensure compliance with payroll procedures.
