Elite DNA Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable Tier 1 Help Desk Support professional to join our IT team. This role provides frontline technical support for staff across our Fort Myers offices and multiple locations.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping people, communicate well, stay organized, and handle day-to-day IT issues involving Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, passwords, and remote tools with professionalism and follow-through.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
1–2 years of help desk or desktop support experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

Provide hands-on desk-side support for staff.
Provide phone and remote technical support to users across 30+ office locations.
Monitor and manage incoming support tickets with prioritization and resolution.
Troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, and basic connectivity issues.
Assist users with password resets and security procedures.
Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
