Job summary

MSP JobsRTC in Houston is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to work from our office and travel to client sites across the metro area. Roughly four days onsite with one remote day, with flexibility per client needs. Expect laptop imaging and deployment tasks from our Houston office and field support at client sites.

You should have 1–3 years in IT, strong Windows/M365 skills, and basic networking. Valid driver’s license and reliable car are required; some lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT (MSP, helpdesk, field services, or internal IT).
• Solid on Windows and M365, basic networking.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support at client offices (desktop, network, printer, user issues).
• Laptop imaging and prep at Houston office.
• Deployments, moves/adds/changes, hardware refreshes.
