Nevada HAND, Inc. is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support multiple apartment communities in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes customer service, lease processing, and regulatory compliance across LIHTC/HUD programs.

The position involves clerical duties, move-in/move-out coordination, and collaboration with the Property Manager to ensure financial performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service position; property management/leasing experience is a plus; LIHTC/HUD experience preferred.
• TCS or COS certification or ability to become certified within 6 months of employment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with property management software such as Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the On-Site Operations Manual and provide clerical support.
• Demonstrate professional customer service at all times and maintain resident relations.
• Pre-qualify, lease, and move-in prospective residents; coordinate move-in processes.
• Assist Property Manager with rent collection, notices, and lease compliance.
