Job summary

Nevada-Hand-Inc is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support multiple properties and special projects in Las Vegas. You will work closely with the Property Manager to handle day-to-day operations, move-ins/outs, and resident relations across multifamily communities, including LIHTC/HUD programs.

You will prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely rent processing while upholding company standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service; property management/leasing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and phone support.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, vendors, co-workers, and the community.
• Assist Property Manager with Move in/out statements and related paperwork.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with landlord/tenant statutes.
• Prepare and deliver legal and formal notices in accordance with state law and company standards.
• Assist with evictions by preparing copies and forwarding paperwork for legal proceedings.
• Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and turnover of units to minimize vacancy.
• Maintain property files and document regulatory compliance.
