Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Data Center Operations across multiple sites in Kennewick, WA. You will coordinate programs, maintain dashboards, and manage documentation while serving as a central point of contact for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in program coordination, strong communication, and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI. This is an onsite contract role with a competitive hourly range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in program coordination or similar roles.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and operational metrics.
• Strong organization, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience supporting data center or IT operations.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.
• Understanding of PM methodologies and governance practices.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities across multiple data center locations.
• Schedule meetings, track actions and follow up on programs.
• Collect, validate and maintain operational data and dashboards.
• Manage project documentation and reporting repositories.
• Support governance processes, issue tracking and escalations.
• Assist with process improvements and standardized procedures.
• Support audit readiness and maintain documentation accuracy.
