Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join the Data Center Innovations team in Pasco, WA. In this role, you will develop and maintain project schedules while providing centralized leadership to ensure accuracy and proactive risk management across projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of construction experience, strong skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. The position offers competitive pay and various benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant construction experience with demonstrated project controls experience.
• Strong understanding of schedule logic and construction sequencing.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules integrating various activities.
• Lead schedule coordination and impact analysis with project teams.
• Manage procurement and equipment onsite date tracking.
• Develop and control submittal and RFI schedules aligned to milestones.
• Partner with field leadership for labor forecasts.
