Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract Program Administrator to support AWS Data Center Operations leadership in Boardman, OR. The role focuses on coordination, reporting, and governance, not hands-on technical work, across PDX region data center clusters.

You will work with the Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data and efficient communications, while managing governance activities and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of program coordination, project administration, operations support, or business support experience.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities across multiple data center locations.
• Serve as a communication and coordination hub among stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, reviews, and follow-up activities.
• Support implementation of established escalation procedures.
• Collect, validate, and organize operational data from AWS-approved systems.
• Prepare weekly program status reports and metric dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators and service-level metrics.
• Maintain reporting templates and documentation repositories.
