Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and field/office teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will coordinate subcontractors and internal teams, review plans, and lead status meetings with clients and leadership, ensuring proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple job sites and projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects concurrently.
• Develop and update detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations across job sites.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Track and manage change orders with documentation and pricing.
• Review construction documents to align with scope and budget.
• Lead status meetings with teams, leadership, and clients.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure subcontractor management and contract administration.
• Collaborate with design/engineering for site development and renovations.
• Support project closeout, inspections, punch lists, turnover docs.
• Prioritize and multitask across several projects to meet deadlines.
